The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed by Joseph H. Pilates.  Start with the basics and get the most out of your Pilates Mat Classes! Pilates Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance. You will learn the fundamentals and proper technique of Pilates mat, focusing on body connections, breathing, alignment and awareness. This class is great for newcomers to Pilates, who want to get the most out of mat class, and for those who want to refine their knowledge, understanding and ability. Class is on Wednesday evenings and begins on 2/26.

Do I need a coach? This class will answer all those questions and more. Our goal is to provide expert advice to new and experienced runners alike. Class discussion will be topic driven per week. Class is on Monday evenings and begins 3/10.
