Trevor Mills to teach Adult Ed class - Pain Explained

Snow Sport & Spine is pleased to be a part of the Five Town CSD Adult and Community Education at Camden Hills Regional High School and we are pleased to be able to offer a class explaining Pain to the community.

Pain is a normal human experience, but what happens when the nervous system goes astray? A “sensitive” nervous system can radically change how you experience life. We will discuss in depth how pain, especially chronic pain (lasting longer than 3 months) works and look at proven strategies to change, reduce and eliminate pain. Trevor will explain recent research in practical, jargon-free language to help you understand what causes chronic pain and how you can influence and shift your nervous system to getting back on track. The class begins Monday, November 6th and runs for two weeks at Camden Hills Regional High School.
