Who are we?

Dr. Katie Snow PT, DPT, CLT

Dr. Katie Snow Dr. Kathryn Snow is a physical therapist who has spent all of her 12-year career working in the outpatient setting in physical therapy. She achieved a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in 1998, and returned to Simmons in 2004 for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, which she completed in May of 2006. Dr. Snow has spent a copious amount of time gaining specialty skills in the focus of manual therapy. She has taken courses in Osteopathic Manual Medicine through Michigan State University, Jones Strain Counterstrain technique, as well as several courses in muscle energy techniques for the spine and extremities from the Institute of Physical Art. Dr. Snow is also an avid skier, tennis player, volleyball player and equestrian. Most recently she has taken up the sport of road cycling and mountain biking. She has increased her training in yoga and pilates coursework. It was the love of athletics that originally lead Dr. Snow to physical therapy and through her knowledge of biomechanics and kinesiology she has been helping keep athletes on the playing field or, when injured, helped return them to the sports they love as soon as possible.

Mr. Trevor Mills PT, OCS, CSCS

Mr. Trevor Mills Trevor Mills is in tenth year of outpatient PT practice. He graduated from Northeastern University with a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy. He has completed advanced manual training from the Michigan State University osteopathic medicine program. He has taken ongoing medical education in biomechanics and functional exercise as well as differential diagnosis. He is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association,  and a member of the Orthopaedic Section. Additionally, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also involved in the Maine Chapter of the APTA and represents Maine at the national House of Delegates.  Mr. Mills is an avid runner and cyclist and has raced on and off road competitively, as well as being a four-season cycling commuter. He also is a skier, snowshoer  and general outdoor enthusiast. Always fascinated by the human body, he considers himself a lifelong student of human movement and physiology. Currently, his reading interest is in the relationship between orthopaedics, neurology and psychology as they relate to motor learning.

Ms. Felicia Files, LMT, PTA

Felicia Portrait Felicia Files has always wanted to work with people, people on the coast of Maine. Felicia graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. She became interested in Physical Therapy while working with physically, mentally, and behaviorally challenged children as a Special Education Teacher Assistant and Teacher in Portland, Waldoboro, and Freeport. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Kennebec Valley Community College. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, Felicia has specialized in Integrative Manual Therapy(IMT), taking more than 25 IMT courses and logging thousands of clinical experience hours. In 2004-2007, Felicia incorporated Polarity and Massage therapy into her treatment techniques, completing Spa Tech Institute’s Holistic Massage and Registered Polarity Practitioner programs. Recently relocated from Portland to the Midcoast area, Felicia continues to enjoy her yoga practice, walking her elderly basset hound, leisurely biking, gardening, and supporting clients achieve optimal health and well being.

Ms. Gayle Fraser, Office Manager

Gayle joined the Snow Sport & Spine team in September of 2013 as the Office Manager. Gayle comes to the practice with a degree in Biology and Molecular Biology and significant experience in customer support, project management, marketing and sales. Gayle handles scheduling, supports marketing efforts and assists with just about anything else needed other than physical therapy treatment. Gayle strives to ensure your visit to the clinic is friendly and welcoming. A New Hampshire native, Gayle moved to Maine in 1995 and hasn’t looked back since. She currently resides in Hope with her husband, two teenage children, her two cats and her dog. In her personal time, Gayle enjoys baking breads and cookies, traveling and being a baseball/softball Mom.
